Our contact forms are powered by Housecall Pro, a field service management platform. When you submit a form, your information is sent to Housecall Pro so our team can follow up with you. Housecall Pro's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.
Online Booking
Our online booking system is provided by Housecall Pro. When you schedule an appointment through our booking page, the information you enter is collected and stored by Housecall Pro on our behalf.
Live Chat
The chat widget on our site is provided by Housecall Pro. Messages you send through live chat are received by our team and stored in our Housecall Pro account.
Analytics Data
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) through Google Tag Manager (GTM) to understand how visitors use our website. This collects:
- Pages you visit and how long you spend on them
- How you found our site (search engine, direct visit, referral)
- General device information (browser type, screen size, operating system)

- WiseTack — if you apply for financing online through our financing page, you'll be directed to WiseTack's application. Any information you enter there is governed by WiseTack's privacy policy, not ours. We do not receive or store your financial application data.
- Service Finance Company, LLC — if you apply for financing by phone, our team will walk you through a Service Finance application. Any information you provide is governed by Service Finance Company's privacy policy. We do not store your financial application data.
- Cloudflare — our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect standard web server logs (IP address, pages requested, timestamps) as part of hosting our site.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share your information with the service providers listed above, and only as needed to operate our website and provide HVAC service to you.
Data Retention
Contact form submissions and service records are retained in our Housecall Pro account for as long as needed to provide service and maintain business records. Google Analytics data is retained according to Google's standard retention settings.

- Ask what personal information we have about you
- Request that we correct inaccurate information
- Request that we delete your information
- Opt out of SMS/text messages
